This usually happens when you've logged in with a different email than the one linked to your active account. Check the email on your Lemon Squeezy receipts and try signing in with that email. Contact support with both email addresses if needed.

I deleted my account — can I recover it?

Unfortunately, once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. All projects, credits, and files are permanently removed. You can create a new account anytime using the same email address.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing section in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
